PARK HOTEL Jakarta celebrated its 8th anniversary by conducting employees appreciation party on 29 November at Meranti function room. The event was held to reward all employees for their highly dedicated and loyal towards the company particularly in providing excellent services to hotel guests. East Jakarta Mayor Bambang Musyawardana was also joined the event and cut the tumpeng to mark the opening of the celebration.
Mayor Bambang Musyawardana said on his welcome speech that East Jakarta region is now going rapidly and create opportunities for businesses and investors. “I’m optimistic PARK HOTEL Jakarta can compete with other hotels surrounding since the hotel is strategically located in Cawang central business district and close to East Jakarta points of interests,” he added.
This year hotel’s anniversary event was all about employees. The fun and simple celebration was held by involving all employess to enliven the event. They excitedly showed their creativity and talent by performing traditional dance, singing, magic show and many more on stage.
PARK HOTEL Jakarta recognizes that employees are the company’s most valuable assets. This year, the hotel given two awards both for The Best Daily Worker and Outsourced Worker. The winners were selected based on their loyalty and exceptional contribution over one year working in the hotel. The awards were given to motivate all daily workers and outsourced workers to always improving their best performance to be promoted to a higher position in the hotel.
PARK HOTEL Jakarta also initiated a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity on this anniversary event. Collaborated with Komunitas Relawan dan Pengelola Perpustakaan Anak 1001 Buku, PARK HOTEL Jakarta has collected thousands of children books from employees and hotel guests for 2 months period of campaign from September to November 2017. On that celebration, the General Manager PARK HOTEL Jakarta Utomo Adhi Basuki symbolically given the books to the representative of 1001 Buku.
